About Us
Bay Crest is a lovely,
well-maintained community just an hour away from DC and Baltimore.
We are located approximately 40 minutes south of Annapolis as the fish
swims.
Homeowners here are responsible for nominal monthly association fees
that contribute largely to the landscaped look of our community
including the Common Areas. BGE is our electric provider and the Town of Chesapeake Beach provides the water, which bill is paid quarterly.
There are schools in the area that service children of all ages and organized sports for children are prominent in Chesapeake Beach.

We have a well-oiled local government, which includes Mayor Pat Mahoney and the
Town Council who are all elected in the same years as the presidential election. The staff at our Town Hall is always eager to answer any questions
-- they have a wealth of knowledge about our community.
Our local amenities include a waterpark; a railway museum; Bay Front
Park with its boardwalk; a newly-opened
Chesapeake Beach Railway Trail which follows the path of the railroad that was the fabric of Chesapeake Beach
during the early 1900s; a hotel / spa; and several local restaurants.
Our town provides many seasonal special events where families and friends can gather, socialize and have great fun.
Bay Crest is centrally located and walking to various locations is pleasant and not out of the question.
